Job Description
Northeast Aero seeks a Mechanical Engineer to support aircraft component maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations. You will work with production and quality teams to improve repair processes, design and modernize test stands, investigate failures, and evaluate equipment, tooling, and manufacturer technical data. Responsibilities Design and modernize test stands used in component repair operations. Perform failure analysis on aircraft and gas-turbine engine components. Evaluate equipment and tooling for repair department needs. Review manufacturer technical data to support compliant repair work. Collaborate with production, quality assurance, customer service, marketing, and sales teams. Support maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations across component repair departments.
