Conduct military‑grade electronics testing using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and more. Troubleshoot and support temperature control and deicing systems used in major aircraft platforms. Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation. Document test findings, complete accurate data sheets , and write up non‑conformances . Work hands‑on in a fast‑paced, collaborative engineering environment. Dedicate 50-75% of your workday to testing and troubleshooting activities. ✅ What You Bring 3+ years of Electrical Technician experience in aerospace or a military environment OR A graduate with formal military electronics training or an associate/technology degree in electrical engineering who is ready to dive in and learn quickly.

Proficiency with standard test equipment:

• Oscilloscopes
• Digital multimeters
• Power supplies Strong understanding of electrical circuits , testing fundamentals, and safety protocols.

Ability to read schematics, blueprints , and technical diagrams. Strong communication skills for documenting test results, data sheets, and non‑conformances. Must be able to work a full‑time, 40‑hour workweek . ⭐ Preferred Qualifications BSEE or equivalent engineering degree. Previous experience working with aerospace electronic systems, temperature controls, or deicing units. Familiarity with component‑level repair and FAA/military testing standards. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plainview, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
