Role Overview Autopilot is hiring a Part-Time Field Concierge (Contract) to support deployments and customer success for our growing automation ecosystem. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on helping businesses successfully implement and operate robotics and automation systems in real-world environments. You will work directly with customer sites to assist with onboarding, training, operational check-ins, and feedback collection — ensuring customers adopt automation successfully and see measurable operational value. This is a 90-day engagement with the opportunity to extend, mutually based on performance and business needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology, robotics, and customers in the field and is comfortable operating independently. What You'll DoCustomer Onboarding & Activation Assist with onboarding new customers deploying automation systems Support initial setup and activation of robotics hardware Provide basic operational training for customers and site staff Ensure customers understand best practices for operating and maintaining systems Help new deployments reach successful activation quickly Field Operations & Site Visits Conduct in-person visits to customer locations in Wenatchee Observe system performance in real-world environments Identify operational issues or improvement opportunities Provide light troubleshooting or escalate issues internally Ensure systems are running reliably and customers feel confident using them Utilization Monitoring & Customer Success Check in with customers regularly to monitor usage and adoption Gather feedback on operational impact Identify blockers preventing optimal use Help ensure customers are getting meaningful value from the system Document insights and share feedback with internal teams Demonstrations & Customer Education Support product demonstrations for prospective customers Assist in showcasing automation systems in live environments Help communicate operational value and workflow improvements Represent Autopilot professionally during customer interactions Market Insights & Feedback Gather insights from operators and staff using automation Document workflows, pain points, and adoption patterns Share insights internally to improve deployments and customer experience Identify opportunities for additional deployments or referrals Requirements Must be able to start immediately Must have reliable transportation and access to a personal vehicle Comfortable traveling to customer sites in the area Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable interacting with customers in operational environments Interest in robotics, automation, or operations Self-starter who can work independently Organized and able to document observations clearly Role Details Part-Time Contract Role (90-Day Fixed Term) Approximately 3 0-40 hours per month Flexible scheduling based on site visits and deployments Local travel required Mix of field work and remote coordination This role is a defined 90-day commitment , designed for individuals looking for flexible, contract-based field work with the opportunity to continue based on performance and business needs.
