Responsibilities Repair Excellence:

Diagnose and repair cell phone issues with precision and care, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, offering knowledgeable advice, and ensuring a positive experience.

Sales and Upselling:

Demonstrate a willingness to promote and sell additional products or services, contributing to our business growth.

Team Collaboration:

Qualifications Proven experience in cell phone repair or a related field is strongly preferred but not required. Strong interest in consumer electronics and a passion for staying updated with the latest technology. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions. Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a high level of execution in all tasks. Demonstrated humility and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
