Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Automation Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automated equipment and industrial systems across our manufacturing facility. Your expertise will ensure optimal equipment performance, minimize downtime, and support continuous production processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment dedicated to innovation and efficiency. Responsibilities High school diploma/GED; related college or university education is an asset Experience with pneumatics, welding, fleet-management or automation software, and forklift operation is an added advantage. The position works across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and automation suppliers, giving you exposure to multiple areas of the operation. At least 2 years of relevant maintenance, manufacturing, automation, or technical experience Experience with AMRs, autonomous forklifts, robots, or material automation technology Experience troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining mechanical equipment Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities Strong communication and teamwork skills Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Flexibility to work varying shifts based on operational needs Join us if you're ready to bring your technical expertise into a vibrant environment where innovation meets hands-on problem solving!
