We're looking for a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician who knows how to diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix real problems—not just replace parts. If you can work on CNC machines, robotics, and industrial equipment, and you're strong in both electrical and mechanical systems, this is the role for you. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, manual equipment, and robotic systems Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues to keep production running Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Work on PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatics Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime Support automation and robotic cells What We're Looking For 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with CNC machinery and/or robotics Ability to read electrical schematics Hands-on experience with hydraulics & pneumatics A problem-solver who can work independently and think on their feet Bonus Points If You Have PLC troubleshooting/programming experience Experience with Fanuc, ABB, or similar robotics Technical training or trade certification Why This Role?
