Columbus, OH About the Job Crawlspace Medic is growing fast in Columbus, and we're looking for a skilled tradesperson who can lead a small crew and deliver high‑quality repair work under homes. This is steady, year‑round work with a Monday-Friday schedule and real advancement potential.

What You'll Do Lead a 2-3 person crew on crawl space repair projects Complete structural repairs: joists, beams, sills, subfloors, piers Install moisture‑control systems: vapor barriers, drains, sump pumps, dehumidifiers Make on‑site decisions and troubleshoot issues Communicate job updates with the Production/Operations team Maintain safe, efficient workflow and organized tools What You Bring 3+ years construction, carpentry, or repair experience Ability to lead and train crew members Professional communication with homeowners and teammates Able to lift 50-100 lbs and work in tight spaces Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable, humble, gritty, and solutions‑oriented Bilingual applicants (English/Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply.

PTO:

10 days after 90 days (pro‑rated first year)
