• Posted on August 14, 2026 Published By Shannon Hand We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Refurbishment Technician to harvest, refurbish, clean, and test NAND flash memory components.

No prior NAND experience is required—full training is provided. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM. Pay is starting at $20/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Harvest and clean NAND components from circuit boards.
• Refurbish and prepare components for reuse, including reballing.
• Test components using specialized equipment.
• Inspect for quality and document results.
• Maintain production records and inventory.
• Follow ESD and safety procedures.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Cross-train and assist with other production processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
• Willingness to learn technical skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and adaptable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

• Experience with electronics, computer hardware, manufacturing, assembly, repair, hand tools, or precision work.
