• Day in the Life
• + Support Omnicell's XR2 system for automated medication inventory management. + Key responsibilities include: + Equipment management, maintenance, and troubleshooting. + Monitoring and optimizing medication inventory levels. + Reviewing and updating documentation accurately. + Building strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Responsibilities
• + Operate Omnicell automation systems at customer sites per SOPs and best practices.

+ Perform return and restocking duties to maximize automation efficiency. + Monitor formulary inventory levels for daily dispensing needs. + Conduct prescribed maintenance and report unresolved issues to Technical Assistance Center (TAC). + Perform daily and periodic equipment cleaning and inspections. + Identify and resolve common system issues; escalate as needed. + Maintain proactive communication with pharmacy operations and customers. + Deliver customer-focused support emphasizing quality, professionalism, and responsiveness. + Conduct training and ensure compliance with all procedures and policies. + Manage work-related expenses per Omnicell travel policies. + Comply with customer facility guidelines and maintain required certifications. + Serve as a resource or SME for team members, providing training and workflow support.

• Basic Qualifications
• + High school diploma or GED. + Active Ohio State Board of Pharmacy License/Registration. + National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or ExCPT). + Working knowledge of pharmacy automation.
• Preferred
• + Completion of accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program. + 2+ years of hospital pharmacy automation experience. + Basic troubleshooting skills with automation devices.
• Work Conditions
• + •The PRN is an On Call position to locally support / serve as back up for Call Ins/Sick Calls, Vacations, LOAs, etc.

PRN match well if you are currently working 7 on 7 off, PRN, Part-Timer, etc.) + Hospital Pharmacy Environment + Ability to travel for training. + Pharmacy environment; 8-10-hour shifts. + Flexible hours based on business needs. + Standing for extended periods; lifting up to 35 lbs. + Potential exposure to hazardous drugs.

Base compensation:
