As an Electronic Technician, you will provide, maintain, and troubleshoot programmed software to ensure a reliable and safe production environment. Your Role at a Glance Communicate effectively with the Electrical Supervisor and peers. Troubleshoot electronic/electrical equipment and HMI-related issues. Maintain operational status of all electronic/electrical equipment. Program and/or troubleshoot Level 1 and Level 2 of the production line. Perform maintenance tasks on electronic/electrical equipment. Support and lead maintenance improvement activities (CIT, MADE, RCA, CAPEX). Evaluate new and replacement electronic/electrical hardware. Document work history accurately in SAP, including entering and closing work orders. Maintain flexibility and adaptability to changing business conditions and technologies. Lead by example and promote safety programs and activities. What Sets You Apart We're looking for individuals who bring the right mix of experience, mindset, and motivation: Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, PLC language (Allen Bradley/Siemens), and procedure manuals. Strong knowledge of AC/DC motor theory and VFDs (Allen Bradley/Siemens/ABB). Skilled in AC/DC low-voltage control circuit troubleshooting. Solid mathematical and reasoning skills for problem-solving. Above-average electrical and mechanical comprehension. Associates degree in electronics or substantial progress toward completion preferred. Minimum 10+ years of industrial electrical/electronic maintenance experience. Proficient in PLC codes (AB and/or Siemens) and traceability systems. Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft applications.
