About the Role As an Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will serve as a critical technical resource responsible for maximizing the uptime and operational efficiency of our production floor. You will leverage your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems to resolve complex equipment challenges and drive continuous improvement in machine performance. Responsibilities Execute preventative maintenance schedules to ensure peak equipment reliability and longevity. Perform advanced diagnostics on electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems to minimize production downtime. Optimize machine output by conducting precise alignments, geometry checks, and necessary mechanical adjustments. Lead the installation and integration of new industrial machinery to support facility expansion. Document all repair activities and maintenance logs to maintain accurate historical data for equipment lifecycle management. Collaborate with engineering teams to refine automation processes and troubleshoot industrial control systems. Conduct rigorous safety inspections to ensure all machinery meets regulatory standards and operational requirements. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field. Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex electrical schematics and technical manuals. Strong background in industrial electrical troubleshooting and CNC machine repair. Proven ability to diagnose and repair heavy equipment and automation systems. Preferred Skills Technical certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related discipline. Experience with CNC machine setup, changeover, and precision alignment. Advanced knowledge of industrial automation equipment and electronic systems diagnostics.
