Job Description

Day to day responsibilities include Diagnose and repair customer vehicles accurately and efficiently. Perform maintenance, steering and suspension, brake, HVAC, engine, electrical, and drivability repairs. Complete manufacturer warranty and recall repairs according to factory procedures. Perform thorough digital vehicle inspections and document recommendations clearly. Communicate repair needs with service advisors and parts staff. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Continue developing technical knowledge through Ford's training classes and hands-on experience. Treat every customer's vehicle with care and professionalism. Qualifications 2-5 years of professional automotive experience preferred. Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills. Ability to perform repairs independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license and personal set of professional tools. ASE and manufacturer certifications are a plus but not required. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
