All while working in an environment that emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and professionalism. We are currently seeking an E-Tech (Electronics Technician) for our Union City, Oklahoma location.
PURPOSE:
Performs physical tasks in the shop, warehouse, or field [with exposure to inclement weather] in support of operations including, but not limited to: inspection, repairs, and maintenance of equipment, troubleshooting, interpretation of equipment manuals, and training/mentoring.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment; reviews equipment status with operational personnel and troubleshoots tool or surface equipment issues when required
Maintains cased-hole wireline logging equipment consisting of downhole tools, surface panels, and computers; keeps service and maintenance records of equipment
Troubleshoots circuit boards and components used in downhole tools and surface equipment
Reads and interprets equipment manuals, circuit and mechanical drawings and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Performs mechanical maintenance of downhole tools and surface equipment.
Creates preventive maintenance schedule.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Associate's Degree Degree Field (s): Electronics Technology or related discipline
Work Experience:
4-6 years
Related Experience:
Associate's Degree or
- equivalent relevant wireline technician experience or electronics technology experience
Mechanical skills should include, but are not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's Degree Degree Field (s): Electronics Technology or related technical discipline
Work Experience:
10+ years
Related Experience:
Completion of all current HSE certifications
Expert knowledge and utilization of tools and equipment in cased-hole operations.
