JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Training Associate or Technical School Equivalent Prior Lead or Supervisory experience 5 years of experience with electro-mechanical, mechanical, and electrical repair Knowledge of a production environment Forklift and Pallet Jack experience Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to stand for 8-10 hours Technical Requirements Working knowledge of Microsoft office including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook Experience with Maintenance activity and inventory tracking systems such as MaintainX. Strong computer knowledge. Ability to follow and understand written documentation for project specifications Ability to write procedures. Knowledge and ability to use a multi-meter for testing electrical circuits Ability to perform basic electronic testing Knowledge of motors and sensors Experience with basic hand and power tools Ability to perform basic soldering tasks Responsibilities Daily communication with production technicians, production supervisors and leads, maintenance manager, and production manager. Manage the production maintenance team's weekend overtime schedule and fill in as needed if necessary Provide off hour phone support to technicians. Hold meetings with production maintenance technician team over 3 shifts as needed Conduct interviews to fulfill production maintenance technician staffing needs Coordinate with maintenance manager for facility's overall maintenance including scheduling outside vendors and repairs Conduct proper diagnosis of repairs and ordering correct parts as needed Assist with equipment evaluation and upgrades Oversee the equipment parts inventory Set up production equipment to meet the requirements of job specifications and production requirements Assist the Maintenance Manager in developing preventative maintenance procedures. Ensure that PMs are being performed according to schedule. Run and assist with the operation of production equipment when required Repair production equipment to meet OEM specifications of machinery Coordinate repair of electronic boards to OEM specifications Perform and develop schedules for machine preventative maintenance if needed Perform other maintenance projects or assignments as required Assist with installation and removal of production equipment Assist with training other technicians Stay up to date with all relevant checklists Maintain inventory logs Maintain and sustain a clean, organized and safe work environment Contact OEM's and service contacts as required.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3pm, flex and weekends as needed Benefits of joining
