Job Description

DESCRIPTION
Revolution Recovery is a well-respected construction and demolition waste recycling company with a commitment to safety, customers, and our team of employees. We are seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Allentown, PA facility. Experience is a plus, but applicants of all experience levels will be considered. The Equipment Maintenance Technician will help diagnose and repair equipment including loaders, excavators, forklifts, grinders, shredders, conveyors, screens, balers, and more . Must be self-motivated and demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform regular preventative maintenance on company-owned machines and equipment Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment efficiently and correctly Document work performed and communicate status of repairs with Facility Manager and Maintenance Manager Keep a clean and safe work environment Organize and inventory stock supplies Occasional travel for supply pick-up Must be able to follow all Company safety policies and procedures including wearing PPE such as a hard hat, safety glasses, high visibility clothing, and work boots.
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of verifiable equipment maintenance experience Technical school degree or certification is preferred, but not required Knowledge of electrical, diesel, and mechanical principles and techniques used to repair and maintain equipment Ability to work with repair manuals and schematics of equipment Strong communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in verbal English is a required; bilingual English/Spanish a plus Ability to lift 50lbs and to stand, walk, and bend frequently Ability to complete maintenance and repair tasks in a warehouse environment Valid driver's license
