Job Description

HoverTech International , an ETAC medical device company, established in 1997 and a leader in Safe Patient Handling and Movement is seeking an onsite Return & Repair Specialist to join their team in Allentown. The Return & Repair Specialist is responsible for managing the intake, processing, tracking, and coordination of returned goods and repair requests for medical devices using NetSuite ERP and related systems. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, service technicians, quality assurance, logistics, and customer service teams to deliver timely and accurate return and repair resolutions.
Return & Repair Specialist Responsibilities:
Process and manage RGAs, returns, and repairs in NetSuite Inspect and verify returned products and serialized inventory as needed Process and coordinate repair quotes and workflows Track repair and return statuses Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams Coordinate shipment of repaired or replacement units back to customers and update fulfillment records in NetSuite Participate in warehouse meetings and provide updates Assist with complaint handling according to quality processes and procedures Maintain traceability of serialized products, components and service history within
NetSuite Return & Repair Specialist Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience (returns process preferred) 1 year ERP/CRM experience (NetSuite preferred) Highly organized, detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team oriented with strong problem-solving ability Comfortable communicating verbally and in writing Ability to lift 25 pounds #LS439
