What You Will Do:
Lead modernization of harness engineering and development for future consumption of electronic formboards and digital methods for shop floor operations. Develop integrated digital thread solutions including Python scripting workflows, PowerBI, dispatcher data ingestion, for digital thread activities in Teamcenter, NX, Siemens Capital, and Harnessworks. Support digitization efforts thru the use of photogrammetry and 3D scanning of physical assets such as formboards Support additive efforts for fixtures and test harnesses thru the use of 3D Printers such as Bambu Labs and Ultimaker.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's of Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent Must have strong understanding of electrical circuits and be able to read complex schematics PowerBI dashboard implementation Python Scripting Have working knowledge Siemens Teamcenter, NX, Capital, and Harnessworks Able to develop csv import mechanism for daily dispatcher reports and ingest into relational databases Able to develop PowerAutomate workflows for electrical harness Must understand Quality System Work Instructions Good oral / written communication skill, English proficiency, MS office proficiency
Desired Skills:
Wire formboard experience 3D printing knowledge C# programming capability
Work Requirements:
Onsite:
This role is considered an on-site position located in Erie, PA You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Travel Requirements:
