Job Description:
- Perform PLC programming changes and modifications (Allen Bradley, Siemens preferred)
- Programming of VFD's; HMI interfacing
- Execute instrument calibration
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Troubleshoot and repair plant operating systems with minimal downtime; troubleshoot all electrical components, PLC's, and controls
- Analyze all electrical systems, support and effectively recommend improvements or changes to insure efficiency, dependability, and currency;
- Maintain equipment logs that record performance problems, repairs, calibrations, or tests;
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, such as inspecting, cleaning, repairing, or upgrading equipment; to detect and prevent problems;
- Consult with customers, supervisors, or engineers to plan layout of equipment or to resolve problems in system operation or maintenance
Qualifications:
