Job Description
Hiring Apartment Technicians in Harrisburg, PA! Job Description As an Apartment Technician, you will perform a variety of maintenance tasks requiring skill, training, and experience as a skilled facility associate. This includes tasks such as replacing windows, window glass, and screens, repairing plumbing issues like clogged drains and toilets, fixing switch and outlet covers, and repairing or replacing apartment appliances like ranges and refrigerators. You will also prepare vacant units for new occupancy by patching and painting walls, replacing cabinets and countertops, stripping and waxing floors, and performing necessary plumbing and electrical upgrades. Responsibilities Replace windows, window glass, screens, and spouting. Repair plumbing issues, including clogged drains, pipes, and toilets. Repair covers for switches and outlets. Replace and repair apartment appliances, including ranges and refrigerators. Prepare vacant units for new occupancy, including patching and painting walls, replacing cabinets and countertops, and stripping and waxing floors. Perform necessary plumbing and electrical upgrades as needed. Essential Skills Mid-level knowledge of common methods, practices, and materials used in maintenance and repair work of buildings. Knowledge of tools used in building maintenance. Mid-level understanding of electrical and plumbing systems and repair. Ability to troubleshoot. Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and insurable under the company's plan. Ability to work independently. Pay $20
