3 •Preferred Candidates Identified•Now hiring at our MSA Safety New Kensington manufacturing plant for Operators. In this role you will be counted on to perform the following tasks: Following predetermined procedures to assemble, modify, and rework moderately complex products and/or sub-assemblies requiring wiring, soldering and connecting. Following predetermined test procedures and performing minor troubleshooting at the assembly level to ensure proper operation of the instruments. Visual inspection and performing minor repairs. Packing products/instruments and accessories according to customer specifications. Completing and maintaining relevant paperwork and inputs information in the computer system. Adherence to safety, housekeeping and quality standards as they relate to production and the company's objective is required. Maintaining production goals through productivity targets and cost containment by eliminating waste.

Qualifications Requirements:

Minimum 3 months of hands on Bacharach HVAC-R manufacturing experience required. Length of time required to become proficient on the job, producing work of acceptable quality and quantity is from 6-9 months. High School Diploma or equivalent.

Ability to:

Read and understand drawings, work instructions and test procedures. Understand standard units of measure. Set-up and interpret results of various measuring devices. Perform standard software operations including SAP. Sometimes lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 pounds without assistance. Use power and hand tools, and ability to use custom tooling.
