  • Sat alternating General Responsibility
    Leads complex diagnostics, implements improvements, and mentors junior
    technicians while leveraging CMMS (MicroMain) data for reliability analysis.

Includes advanced

mechanical work on conveyors, AS/RS, and facilities systems. Partners with engineering and

leadership to optimize CMMS (MicroMain) usage and ensure compliance with safety and reliability standards. Includes oversight of mechanical integrity for conveyors, AS/RS, and facilities systems. Position Detail

  • Responsibilities Troubleshooting of PLCs, conveyors, AS/RS, AGVs, and motion systems
    Perform advanced mechanical repairs including gearbox rebuilds, alignment, and component replacements Implement minor logic/HMI changes under MOC; collaborate with engineers
    Commission and optimize drives and servo systems
    Audit PM and CM processes for efficiency and compliance
    Lead RCAs and develop advanced PM/PdM strategies
    Train and mentor Tech I-II; support project startups Minimum Qualifications 5-8 years in automation/reliability maintenance
    Experience in Allen-Bradley platforms (ControlLogix, CompactLogix), EtherNet/IP, safety PLCs
    Strong mechanical skills for conveyors, AS/RS, and facilities equipment
    Experience with robotics or vision systems preferred
    Strong planning and problem-solving skills
    Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
    Visual aptitude•must be able to see, with or without correction
    Communication•ability to communicate verbally or non-verbally
    Must be able to walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, reach and grasp for varying periods of time
    Excellent people & communication skills, both written and verbal
    Must freely share knowledge & skills with other personnel Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
