Summary :

Identifies, diagnosis and resolves various blemishes and issues involving spa components such as electrical, plumbing, and repair.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Analyzes, inspects, and determines source of problem and repairs, replaces, or performs other corrective action on spa Enters information regarding diagnosis and corrective action into computer database Cleans and prepares spa for reshipment or refurbished sale All other duties as assigned

Experience :

No specialized education required, Minimum one-year technical repair experience

Physical Demands :

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to type, finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment :

The work environment for this job is set in an industrial setting. Employee will be frequently exposed to moving parts, uneven and wet surfaces, and humid above average heat, especially in summer months. Proper PPE and equipment are provided.
