This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise in troubleshooting, hardware diagnostics, and software support to deliver exceptional service. You'll work hands-on with smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other electronic devices, ensuring they operate at peak performance. Your skills will directly impact customer satisfaction by providing efficient repairs and technical support in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair hardware issues on mobile devices including smartphones, tablets, and laptops using hand tools and schematic diagrams. Perform software troubleshooting across operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows to resolve system errors and update firmware. Conduct hardware maintenance and repairs involving soldering, electrical soldering, and component replacement on consumer electronics. Utilize technical proficiency to troubleshoot issues related to printers, copiers, desktop computers, and other peripheral equipment. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and offering technical support for smartphone troubleshooting support and device setup. Use analysis skills to identify root causes of device failures through hardware diagnostics and schematic analysis. Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and diagnostic procedures to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards. Skills Extensive knowledge of Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows operating systems. Proficiency in hardware diagnostics, equipment repair, soldering techniques, and electrical troubleshooting. Strong understanding of computer hardware components including desktops, laptops, printers, copiers, and mobile devices. Ability to perform field service tasks efficiently in retail or on-site environments. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on technical troubleshooting support. Familiarity with schematics for electronic devices and consumer electronics repair procedures. Hands-on experience with hand tools for electronic repairs as well as technical proficiency in analyzing complex device issues.
