Electronic Assembly TechnicianJob Description We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Associates to support high-volume electronic assembly operations. This role is integral to the Assembly Department and focuses heavily on hands-on soldering and cable assembly for established production lines. Due to increased production demand and aggressive ramp-up timelines, this position requires candidates who can contribute quickly with minimal training. Responsibilities Perform hands-on soldering and cable assembly for electronic components. Contribute to high-volume production lines with efficiency and precision. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electronic assembly processes. Utilize test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and voltmeters, for electronics testing and calibration. Work independently on the production line with minimal supervision. Ensure high reliability and attendance to meet production deadlines. Essential Skills Proficiency in electronics and hands-on soldering (through-hole). J-STD soldering certification. Previous experience in high-volume or regulated manufacturing environments. Ability to ramp quickly with limited training and testing time. Troubleshooting and electronics debugging skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior manufacturing or electronic assembly experience. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. High level of reliability, attendance, and long-term commitment. U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder status required. Work Environment This position is 100% onsite in Pottstown, PA. The role requires working in a high-demand production environment, where precision and efficiency are crucial. Candidates are expected to adhere to a professional dress code suitable for a manufacturing setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pottstown, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
