Schedule:

8-hour shift Monday to Friday Punctuality and Dependability a must - 5 days per week - 8 hours per day, overtime when required. Position requires open communications with Supervisors, co-workers and management. Specific vision abilities require close, distance and color vision, peripheral and depth perception. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Design new components for molds, segments, etc. as directed by the VP of Engineering. Create Drawings using AutoCAD or MicroStation (must) Knowledge of Solid Works or Inventor. Development of new ideas on molds, segments, etc. in the interest of continuous improvement. Create and update bills of materials using Excel. Maintain the drawing database using Access. General data entry as requested by the VP of Engineering. Must be able to conduct off-sight meetings with customers, vendors, etc. Troubleshoot problems, customer complaints, etc. Know all up to date safety requirements for all customers.
