Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Powersports Technician and fuel your passion for high-performance vehicles! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of powersports equipment, including motorcycles, ATVs, side by sides. Your mechanical expertise will ensure that every vehicle leaves the shop in peak condition, ready to deliver excitement and adventure to our customers. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive and powersports-specific tools to identify mechanical issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various powersports vehicles, including engine work, brake repair, suspension adjustments, and electrical troubleshooting. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques to assemble parts and complete repairs efficiently. Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades. Assist customers with technical questions and provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and upgrades. Complete detailed service reports, repair logs, and quality control documentation to ensure transparency and accountability. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting and the use of heavy machinery. Qualifications Previous dealership experience or service technician background in powersports or automotive repair is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle diagnostics, assembly, brake repair, suspension work, and welding. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and automotive repair equipment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Experience with soldering, electrical systems troubleshooting, and automotive diagnostics is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
