Monday-Friday, 6:45am-3:15pm
Pay:
$33•35/hour Essential Duties & Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment Work with assembly machines, robots, gantry systems, and SCARA robots Install, setup, and change over automation equipment and production cells Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, and robotic system issues Maintain and adjust automated vision systems and reject criteria Perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs Use electrical testing equipment including multimeters and diagnostic tools Fabricate or modify machine guards, chutes, and components as needed Support automation improvements and machine modifications Maintain a safe and organized manufacturing environment Knowledge, Skills & Experience Experience troubleshooting automation and robotic systems Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills PLC and automation controls knowledge preferred Ability to read schematics and technical documentation Experience with vision systems is a plus Familiarity with Insight Explorer, Datalogic EVT, or Keyence systems preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment High School Diploma or GED required 2-5+ years of automation or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Vacation & Holidays Life & Disability Insurance Tuition Reimbursement Career Growth Opportunities #LP
