Direct Hire Job Summary We are looking for a PCB Electronics Technician to test, troubleshoot, and repair printed circuit boards. The ideal candidate has experience with PCB testing, soldering, and electronic components. Responsibilities Test, troubleshoot, and repair printed circuit boards. Identify defective components and manufacturing issues. Work with surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole components. Use electronic testing equipment, including oscilloscopes and meters. Perform soldering and PCB rework. Read and follow electronic schematics, drawings, and work instructions. Document testing results and maintain accurate records. Requirements At least 1 year of PCB testing experience. Experience troubleshooting or repairing electronic circuit boards. Ability to solder and use electronic assembly tools. Experience using oscilloscopes and meters. Ability to read electronic schematics and assembly drawings. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Stable work history and good attendance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate degree, bachelor's degree, or technical school training in electronics, or equivalent experience. IPC training or certification.
