Job Description
Recruiting Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician PLC Tech to support the installation, programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial automation equipment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a strong background in PLCs, electrical controls, and manufacturing environments. This role is located in Duncan, SC and is a Direct hire role. Duties:
- Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC systems.
- Support HMIs, VFDs, motion controls, and industrial automation equipment.
- Install, wire, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs.
- Commission new equipment and support production operations.
- Collaborate with engineering to improve equipment reliability and automation processes.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance or automation.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming (Schneider, Omron, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, sensors, relays, and control panels.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology,
- -Industrial Electronics, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
