Job Description
Electrical Maintenance Technician - Industrial Manufacturing Fort Mill, SC | Full-Time | Up to $42/hr (Lead roles up to $50/hr) Are you an experienced maintenance professional with strong electrical and PLC troubleshooting skills? Do you enjoy working with advanced automation, robotics, and high-tech production systems? If so, this is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing manufacturing team in the Fort Mill area. We're adding to our industrial maintenance team and are looking for technicians who are confident working with PLC ladder logic, controls systems, and automated machinery, while still being comfortable with hands-on mechanical work. Pay & Schedule Up to $40/hr based on experience Lead roles up to $50/hr Full-time opportunity Shift flexibility may be required ⭐ Benefits Paid time off Medical, dental & vision insurance Training & development opportunities Career growth in advanced manufacturing & automation What You'll Do In this role, you'll help keep highly automated production systems running safely and efficiently: Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment Work with PLC systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff, etc.) Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic Maintain and repair robotic and automated production lines Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems Perform preventative and predictive maintenance Support equipment installs, setup, and upgrades Maintain a clean and safe work area What We're Looking For 5+ years of maintenance, automation, robotics, or controls experience Strong experience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems Hands-on PLC troubleshooting/programming ability Ability to read wiring diagrams, ladder logic, and schematics Knowledge of hydraulics & pneumatics Strong problem-solving & teamwork mindset Willingness to work rotating or off-shift if needed
