Hire Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled Equipment Maintenance Technicians to support the maintenance and repair of automated production lines. This role is ideal for candidates with strong electro-mechanical backgrounds who can troubleshoot and maintain conveyors, automation equipment, and other production machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automated production equipment, including conveyors and other machinery. Identify mechanical and electrical failures, isolate root causes, and implement cost-effective solutions. Assist in equipment installation, setup, and calibration. Maintain equipment logs and provide updates on performance and issues. Collaborate with engineers and process technicians on equipment upgrades and improvements. Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures during all maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in production equipment maintenance, preferably with automation systems. Strong electro-mechanical skills, including experience with conveyors, robotics, and automated machinery. Ability to read schematics, maintenance manuals, and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexible and reliable with the ability to work assigned shift schedules.
