You'll support a continuously operating manufacturing facility producing Tier 1 automotive components and work with advanced equipment including PLC-controlled systems, robotics, injection molding machines, extrusion lines, automated work cells, vision systems, power presses, motors, drives, and electrical controls. What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot PLCs, electrical circuits, controls, and automation systems
• Troubleshoot and maintain robotics, automated work cells, vision systems, and multi-axis equipment
• Work with AC/DC drives and motors
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment and systems
• Assist with new equipment installation, start-up, and improvements
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and production processes
• Respond quickly to equipment issues to minimize production downtime
• Support a strong safety-first culture

• High school diploma or GED required
• Two-year technical degree preferred
• 1-3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
• Experience troubleshooting electrical and electro-mechanical equipment
• Knowledge of PLCs, automation, robotics, motors, drives, and electrical controls
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
