Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to ensure peak performance. Analyze and resolve electrical malfunctions, utilizing schematics and technical manuals to restore equipment functionality rapidly. Install and calibrate new machinery, contributing to facility-wide continuous improvement and efficiency projects. Document all maintenance activities and work orders with precision to maintain accurate equipment history logs. Uphold rigorous safety standards and operational protocols to foster a secure and organized work environment. Qualifications Required Skills Proven background in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing or production facility. Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting integrated mechanical and electrical systems. Hands-on experience maintaining conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and fluid power systems. Demonstrated ability to interpret complex electrical diagrams and technical blueprints. Physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate industrial work environments.
