Lead daily operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities for gas turbine and associated balance-of-plant equipment. Provide hands-on technical leadership to O&M technicians while coordinating work priorities, manpower, and maintenance activities. Monitor plant operating conditions and equipment performance to identify issues, prevent failures, and maintain reliable generation. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, controls, and auxiliary systems associated with gas turbine power generation. Support start-ups, shutdowns, inspections, outages, commissioning activities, and major maintenance projects. Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, including inspections, equipment testing, alignment, lubrication, calibration, and component replacement. Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, equipment documentation, operating logs, and regulatory/O&M documentation. Enforce plant safety procedures, LOTO requirements, environmental standards, and company policies while promoting a strong safety culture. Assist with root-cause analysis, failure investigations, reliability improvements, and implementation of corrective actions. Provide on-the-job training and technical guidance to less-experienced technicians and help establish maintenance best practices. Participate in an on-call/shift rotation and respond to plant equipment issues and emergency maintenance needs as required. 5+ years of power generation operations and maintenance experience. Strong mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and controls troubleshooting skills. Experience with gas turbine systems, generators, pumps, compressors, valves, motors, DCS/PLC controls, and auxiliary systems preferred. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, technical manuals, and equipment drawings. #ENG1
