What You'll Do Travel to customer sites — haulers, warehouses, facilities, and municipalities — to service and repair industrial waste and recycling equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on compactors, balers, shredders, and conveyors Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service visits Complete major repairs and equipment overhauls as needed Communicate clearly with customers about repairs, timelines, and recommendations Keep accurate service records, parts usage, and work order documentation Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites safely and responsibly Follow all safety protocols when working with industrial equipment What We're Looking For Mechanical, hydraulic, and/or electrical troubleshooting experience (industrial or heavy equipment background a plus) Comfortable traveling to customer sites locally and regionally Valid driver's license with a good driving record Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field Good communication skills for interacting with customers on-site Ability to lift heavy parts/tools and work in varied site conditions Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious What We Offer Competitive pay, based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and paid holidays Stable, full-time work with a growing local company On-the-job training and opportunities for advancement How to Apply To apply, submit your application through this Indeed posting or apply online at www.beckercomplete.com
