Mechanical Tech

We are currently seeking Property Maintenance Techs to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

Safely and Legally operate a Company Vehicle. Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion ability to read and write english. bilingual a plus but not required. Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Use and operate a Company Smart Phone and required Apps.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload lifting 50 Lbs Deadline and detail-oriented Working knowledge of and ability to diagnose, repair and install Hot Water heater, Both Gas and Electric. Working knowledge of and ability to diagnose and repair appliances Working knowledge of and ability to diagnose, repair and install , kitchen and bathroom plumbing. sinks, showers, drains, toilets. Repair and replace parts as needed, seats, springs, stems, cartridges and handles. Working knowledge of and ability to diagnose, repair and install, minor electrical repairs. switches, receptacles, GFCI receptacles, change/ replace interior and exterior light fixtures, ceiling fans, garbage disposals. Working knowledge of and ability to diagnose sewer and drain blockages. Proper use of Sewer cleaning equipment, high pressure Jetters, Sewer and drain augers of varying sizes. ability to install clean-outs on sewer lines when applicable. Working knowledge of and ability make Sheetrock and drywall repair Working knowledge of and ability to paint and repair touch ups
