In this role, you'll spend your day working with a team to keep the facility and equipment running smoothly—handling maintenance and repairs, responding to issues quickly, supporting projects across the building, and preventing problems before they happen. You'll partner closely with IT, HR, Facilities, and Operations to solve problems and keep things on track. Schedule 3rdShift Schedule:
Monday night- Friday night, 9:00 PM
- 5:30 AM, with the final shift ending at 5:30 AM on Saturday morning.
Pay and Benefits Starting Pay:
$33.50 per hour Hourly or Incentive Bonus Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification (training provided) Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, plus FSA/HSA, Disability, and Life insurance (eligible after 30 days) 401(K) Retirement Savings Plan with company match Paid Time Off, including Vacation, Sick Time, Holidays, Parental Leave, and Wellness Product Discounts, and more Qualifications 3- 5 years of experience in maintenance, automation, or a similar technical role Experience with automated systems and/or conveyors required Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred Hands-on experience using tools to troubleshoot, repair and resolve maintenance issues Basic to intermediate computer skills, including the ability to use systems/software to track and manage work Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment Strong work ethic with demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and integrity Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on increasing efficiency and improving processes Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of the facility, grounds, building systems, equipment, and AutoStore system; monitor performance and respond to issues as they arise Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, generators, and other equipment) to keep operations running smoothly Maintain and coordinate required testing and service for Fire/Life Safety systems, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the facility, including lighting, minor repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep of interior and exterior spaces Support day-to-day facility needs, including associate moves, equipment/furniture setup, spill cleanup, and general maintenance tasks Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and ongoing services (landscaping, janitorial, waste removal, etc.
Pay Range:
- $23.80
- $39.14
- Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
- This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
- Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
