We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the maximum uptime of our production machinery through proactive maintenance, rapid repair, and a high standard of technical expertise. Preventative Maintenance:

Perform regular services and routine maintenance procedures on motors, conveyor systems, and transmission systems.

Troubleshooting & Repair:

Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns quickly to minimize production downtime.

Installation:

Assist in the installation and calibration of new industrial equipment.

Safety & Compliance:

Conduct routine safety checks and ensure all work complies with OSHA safety standards and regulations.

Documentation:

Prepare and submit detailed maintenance reports regarding repairs, part replacements, and machine performance.

Operational Excellence:

Read and interpret engineering blueprints to execute precise repairs and modifications.

Systems Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance.

Multi-Disciplinary Skills:

Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, and electrical systems.

Blueprint Literacy:

Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and schematics.

Technical Troubleshooting:

Advanced ability to identify the root cause of mechanical and electrical failures.

Soft Skills:

Basic computer proficiency for reporting and excellent verbal/written communication skills.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift, move, and manipulate heavy equipment and parts.

Environment:

Must be comfortable working in hot and damp environments.

Schedule:

Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
