This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients and has a heart for people, is interested in aesthetics and laser technology, and wants the flexibility and earning potential of a commission-based position. The Laser Specialist will be responsible for checking clients in and out, laser tattoo removal treatments, treatment documentation, client education, and helping create an outstanding experience for every FADE client. Prior laser or aesthetic experience is a plus but is NOT required. We are looking for someone who is confident, empathetic, professional, highly attentive to detail, comfortable interacting with clients, and willing to learn the technical and clinical aspects of laser tattoo removal. FADE will provide comprehensive training on our technology, treatment protocols, consultation process, safety procedures, and client experience standards. This is a part-time, commission-based position with opportunities for increased responsibility and earning potential as FADE continues to grow. Responsibilities
- Educate clients about the tattoo removal process, expected outcomes, treatment timelines, treatment plans, and aftercare.
- Perform laser tattoo removal treatments in accordance with FADE protocols, training, and applicable regulations.
- Assess tattoos, skin type, treatment history, and client response when determining appropriate treatment parameters within established protocols.
- Provide clear pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain accurate and thorough client records, treatment notes, photographs, and documentation.
- Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process and communicate treatment expectations clearly.
- Provide a professional, welcoming, and supportive experience for every client.
- Build strong relationships with clients that encourage satisfaction, retention, referrals, and long-term loyalty.
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and treatment-ready clinical environment.
- Follow all safety procedures, treatment protocols, sanitation requirements, and applicable state and local regulations.
- Stay knowledgeable about FADE's services, pricing, packages, financing options, policies, and treatment protocols.
- Assist with scheduling, client communication, follow-up, and other reasonable clinic responsibilities during scheduled working hours.
- Participate in appropriate social media, educational content, before-and-after photography, and clinic marketing initiatives.
- Help identify opportunities to improve the client experience and grow the clinic.
- Work collaboratively with ownership and other team members to maintain a positive and professional work environment. Requirements

- Comfortable participating in reasonable social media and marketing activities related to the clinic.
- Friendly, supportive, respectful, and professional when interacting with clients and coworkers.
- Motivated to provide excellent treatments and create an exceptional client experience.
- Prior experience in laser tattoo removal, aesthetics, dermatology, medical aesthetics, cosmetic services, client services, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to complete all training, certifications, and other requirements applicable to the position.
