Responsibilities include:
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance concerns Perform routine maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services Repair engines, transmissions, clutches, carburetors, suspension, brakes, and drive systems Inspect customer units and prepare accurate repair estimates Communicate repair recommendations with the Service Department Order and verify required parts with the Parts Department Complete repairs within established flat-rate guidelines Properly clock in and out of repair orders Test units after repairs to verify quality Read and interpret service manuals and technical bulletins Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist fellow technicians as needed Participate in manufacturer training and continuing education What We're Looking For We're looking for dependable technicians who enjoy solving problems and take pride in doing quality work.
Ideal candidates have:
