3rd Shift Automation Technician (10pm-6am) | Grow Your Career with IAC!

We're looking for a dedicated Automation Technician to join our overnight team and help keep our production running smoothly. What You'll Do:

Support a positive and productive work environment Install, maintain, and troubleshoot automation systems and components Collaborate with production and scheduling teams to coordinate repairs Stay active on the floor, providing hands-on support for automated equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Document daily tasks and follow established procedures Ensure safety policies are followed at all times Communicate effectively with other shifts to ensure smooth transitions

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required 5+ years of experience in machine maintenance or skilled trades Ability to read and follow PLC logic, schematics, and blueprints Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure Commitment to safety and teamwork Willingness to wear PPE and follow safe work procedures

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand or sit for 8-12 hours Lift up to 40 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs regularly Perform overhead and below-the-waist tasks
