What to Expect
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Equipment Technician to join our data collection team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining data collection hardware. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the consistent manufacturing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of data collection equipment. What You'll Do
Assemble prototype and production-level data collection hardware, ensuring consistent quality
Perform all levels of assembly, including building, testing, and inspecting custom wire harnesses with high attention to detail
Collaborate with various teams to design, implement, and test new hardware configurations
Develop and maintain best practices for manufacturing and deployment, identifying areas for improvement to maximize quality and reduce downtime
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, ensuring that equipment is fully functional and reliable before being deployed
Utilize internal tracking tools to manage hardware-related issues throughout the manufacturing process and implementation What You'll Bring
Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, demonstrating a strong technical aptitude and mechanical inclination
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware issues across various platforms and systems
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues Compensation and Benefits
