Backed by deep experience in fleet management, we deliver innovative solutions that drive the future of transportation About the Role We're seeking an experienced technician who will oversee day-to-day operations of technicians, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in all repairs and training activities. This role requires strong technical expertise in diagnostics, hybrid/electric systems, and 12-volt electrical systems, as well as proven leadership and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Fleet Maintenance Technicians. Oversee workflow, scheduling, and task assignments. Ensure compliance with safety and repair procedures. Provide guidance on complex diagnostic and repair issues. Partner with Fleet Maintenance Trainers to support technician development. Track KPIs and team performance metrics. Collaborate with management on staffing and operational needs.
Requirements:

5+ years of automotive industry experience; ASE certifications a plus. Advanced diagnostic and repair knowledge (12-volt, hybrid, EV systems). Familiarity with autonomous, electric, or hybrid vehicle technology Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with diagnostic tools, OEM systems, and repair documentation. Trade school or equivalent technical background preferred.
