We are developing a small, autonomous gun turret that employs advanced computer vision and control systems to precisely target and neutralize small drones and loitering munitions. Our innovative approach requires overcoming significant technical challenges, making this an exciting and dynamic environment for motivated individuals. Position Overview As a Product Acceptance Engineering Technician , we're looking for someone who's comfortable jumping between the test floor and the engineering side — someone who can speak both "tech" and "engineer." You'll help make sure our test setups, test harnesses, and test stands make sense, work well, and are consistent across the team. If you enjoy building things, solving problems, and bringing order to chaos, you'll fit in great here. What You'll Do Be the go‑to person between our test technicians and test engineers. Turn engineering ideas into drawings, harness layouts, wiring diagrams, and test setups that make sense in the real world. Build wire harnesses, test cables, and fixtures. Create or update harness drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Build and standardize test stations so our testing looks the same no matter who's running it. Help troubleshoot issues when something doesn't behave the way it should. Keep communication smooth so no one is guessing what the other team needs. What You'll Need 5+ years of experience as an engineering technician, test technician Experience creating harness drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Hands‑on experience building harnesses and test cables. Experience designing or building test stands or similar setups. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. Comfortable working with both engineers and technicians. Good problem‑solver who's not afraid to get on the floor and figure things out.
