Flexible Hours We are looking for a licensed and experienced Laser Technician to join our growing medical spa team. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and passionate about helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals while delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Perform laser hair removal treatments using the Candela GentleMax Pro® system. Perform skin tightening and laser rejuvenation treatments following established protocols. Conduct thorough client consultations and assess candidacy for treatments. Educate clients on treatment expectations, pre-care, and post-care instructions. Maintain accurate and detailed treatment documentation. Ensure all laser safety protocols and state regulations are followed at all times. Maintain treatment rooms and equipment to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and professionalism. Collaborate with the medical team to create customized treatment plans and achieve optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications Current professional-level laser license/certification required (must be legally authorized to perform laser treatments in the state). Experience operating the Candela GentleMax Pro® preferred. Experience performing laser hair removal and skin tightening treatments preferred. Strong knowledge of laser safety and treatment protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and a client-focused attitude. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
