Job Description

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented automotive professional to join our service team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to manufacturer standards while delivering high-quality workmanship and supporting a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and continuous learning in a fast-paced environment. We will pay top dollar for a Nissan Master Certified Technician!! Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications Use approved tools, equipment, and technical resources to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical concerns Complete multi-point inspections and document findings clearly and accurately Communicate repair needs, additional recommendations, and work status to service advisors or management as needed Verify completed repairs through testing and quality checks to help ensure safe vehicle operation Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area while following all shop policies and procedures Stay current on technical updates, repair procedures, and product knowledge through ongoing training Work collaboratively with team members to support efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in automotive repair, diagnostics, or mechanical service Strong understanding of vehicle systems, including engine, drivetrain, brakes, suspension, electrical, and HVAC Ability to read and interpret repair orders, technical documents, and diagnostic information Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, where permitted by law Preferred Qualifications Manufacturer-specific certification or training ASE certifications or other relevant industry credentials Experience with modern diagnostic equipment and repair software Prior dealership or manufacturer-authorized service center experience What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development A supportive team environment focused on quality and growth Access to modern tools, equipment, and technical resources We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace and welcome candidates of all backgrounds who meet the requirements of the role.
