Job Description

Job Summary Rev1 Energy is seeking experienced Analyzer Technicians to support the commissioning and startup of a major hydrogen facility in Nederland, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for Analyzer Technicians with industrial gas, petrochemical, refinery, LNG, or chemical plant commissioning experience. Duties Perform analyzer system walkdowns using P&IDs and isometrics Verify analyzer installations and identify punch list items Leak test analyzer sample lines Inspect, clean, and blow sample tubing Configure pressure regulators, relief devices, and gas manifolds Support loop checks and signal verification to PLC/DCS systems Startup and commission process analyzers Perform analyzer calibrations (Zero/Span) Assist with functional testing and alarm verification Coordinate with engineers, instrument technicians, and equipment vendors Complete commissioning documentation and calibration records Skills 5+ years of Analyzer Technician experience in industrial facilities Experience with commissioning and startup activities Strong understanding of process analyzer systems and sample handling systems Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and analyzer documentation Experience with Swagelok tubing and fittings Knowledge of industrial safety practices including LOTO and work permits Ability to work overtime as project demands require Preferred Experience Experience commissioning: Oxygen analyzers, Hydrogen analyzers, Carbon Monoxide analyzers, Carbon Dioxide analyzers, Moisture analyzers, Gas Chromatographs (GCs)
Pay:
$60.00 - $70.00 per hour
