Job Description

Electrical Tech We are seeking qualified candidates with a strong electrical technical background and demonstrated hands-on experience supporting PCBA, harness, and electrical assembly rework activities. Candidates should have proven ability to perform detailed rework, troubleshooting, soldering, and inspection tasks within a manufacturing or production environment. Ideal candidates will have direct experience working to workmanship standards and quality expectations for electrical assemblies, including wire harnesses, PCBAs, terminals, connectors, crimping, soldering, and general electrical/mechanical assembly practices. A strong understanding of proper tool usage, documentation discipline, defect identification, and safe rework execution is required. Preferred qualifications include current or previous certification in IPC/WHMA-A-620, with experience or certification exposure across Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3 workmanship standards. Candidates with soldering certifications, IPC training, or prior experience working in high-reliability manufacturing environments will be prioritized.
Key Background Requirements:
  • PCBA and harness rework experience
  • Soldering experience and understanding of solder workmanship standards
  • Electrical technician, manufacturing technician, or rework technician background
  • Experience reading work instructions, wiring diagrams, schematics, or rework procedures
  • Knowledge of workmanship standards for electrical assemblies
IPC/WHMA-A-620
certification preferred
  • Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3 workmanship standard exposure preferred
