Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Fountain & Aeration Field Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fountain and aeration systems that promote healthy pond ecosystems. Your expertise will help ensure our clients' lakes and ponds remain vibrant, clear, and well-maintained through proactive troubleshooting and technical proficiency. Duties Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot fountain and aeration systems according to technical schematics and manufacturer guidelines Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment used for system installation and repairs Diagnose electrical issues using tools such as ohmmeters, interpret technical drawings, and perform electrical diagnostics to identify faults Repair mechanical components, replace worn parts, and perform system upgrades to optimize performance Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance logs Interpret schematics and technical drawings to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs efficiently Ensure safety protocols are followed during all installation and maintenance procedures Skills Strong electrical diagnostics skills with experience using ohmmeters and interpreting electrical schematics Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment mechanics and system components Proven experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices in field environments Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately Technical proficiency in troubleshooting complex fountain and aeration systems Knowledge of electrical systems, motors, pumps, valves, and control panels Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system troubleshooting Join us in delivering vital water management solutions that enhance aquatic environments!
