Crossroad Energy Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Automation Technician / Programmer to support oilfield customers in the Cotulla Area. The role requires a hands-on automation professional who can troubleshoot field systems, modify PLC/RTU programs and support commissioning and customer operations. The successful candidate:

• Significant upstream oil and gas automation experience.
• Program and troubleshoot PLC and RTU systems used in field production environments.
• Support SCADA, HMI and industrial communications systems.
• Troubleshoot analog/digital I/O, instrumentation and field communications.
• Work with Modbus and common industrial networking protocols.
• Read electrical schematics, P&IDs and control documentation.
• Perform I/O checkout, startup and commissioning.
• Diagnose problems from the field device through PLC/RTU and SCADA layers.
• Communicate clearly with customers and operations personnel.
• Travel within the region and work flexible hours as customer needs require. Preference will be given to candidates who:
• Have Rockwell / Allen-Bradley, Emerson Floboss or FB300 or ABB totalflow programming experience.
• Have compressor, wellsite, SWD, CTB or production-facility experience.
• Have good

HMI/SCADA
